Our client is a leading Multi-Disciplined Agency with offices across the UK and are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant to conduct assignments throughout the UK and to develop client relations and to promote the company's services.

Duties and Responsibilities
·To generate new business and new client contacts;
·To plan, execute and take ownership of the key consultancy assignment components, including pre-fieldwork and planning, desk and field research, financial analysis, report writing, assignment completion, filing and archiving;
·To work efficiently to a high standard and with minimal supervision;
·To control client relations and client contact during the life of an assignment;
·To plan, request and manage the input of senior management as required by the assignment;
·To contribute to the development of the company's consultancy operating procedures and practices;
·To develop relationships with existing clients, and with new and potential clients;
·To assist in the selling of consultancy work, and to sell consulting work directly.

Skills & Experience
·A minimum of 2 years' professional experience as a Consultant or Analyst in the Real Estate sector;
·Degree-level education or equivalent;
·Computer literate, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
·Report writing skills.

Job Description
As a Property Manager, you will:

Our client, a leading independent agent are looking for an experienced lettings negotiator to join their residential lettings team.

The main responsibilities of this role include the letting of multiple properties by day to day management of relationships with potential tenants, carrying out viewings and the ability to negotiate. To assist with lettings paperwork and ensure that the tenancies are compliant. Full support and training will be provided.

Some experience of dealing with general public, offering customer service either on the phone or face to face will be an advantage; you will be dealing with first line enquiries, viewing properties in the local area, negotiating lets, producing tenancy documentation and providing Landlord feedback.

Strong communications skills is a must, high levels of professionalism and a desire to exceed client expectations will make you a success in this role, along with a passion for working to and achieving targets you will have the opportunity to flourish in our team.
