They require an enthusiastic people person with strong lettings experience to grow their lettings business significantly over the next 2+ years. You will be responsible for running the department and dealing with all matters.

Sales Negotiator

A well-established estate agency based in Harrow and specialising in sales, lettings and auctions is currently seeking a Sales Negotiator with current experience within a successful residential sales team.
This position requires a knowledgeable and proactive individual with a proven track record who will be willing and hungry to network and canvass for new business.  Valuing experience would be advantageous however applications will also be considered from experienced negotiators without this discipline.
A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.

The company’s ideal candidate will be an experienced and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional negotiation skills. Property Manager

Our Client are a busy independent Estate and Letting agent, they currently require an experienced Property Manager to head a team looking after approx. 250 managed lets. This position is to cover maternity leave from August 2020 to April 2021.
Experience in property management is essential along with excellent customer service and IT skills.
Duties include; Property Inspections, Maintenance issues, Property check-outs, deposit refunds, renewals, HMO Licensing,  Arranging gas certificates and deposit refunds, instructing contractors, rent guarantee renewals, accounts, dealing with all associated administration, accounts and enquiries.
The position is based in our clients Kenton office. Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be a car owner driver.
Salary circa £25,000 pa plus petrol allowance.
