Senior Property Manager

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be required to:
- Oversee and manage the existing property management team.
- Liaise with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
- Conduct inspections, check in and check outs and viewings when necessary
- Arrange contractors to resolve repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
- Deal with general administration, enquiries, issues and tenancy agreements
The Successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of  two years pure property management  experience
- Be ARLA qualified.
- A Full UK driving license and access to their own car
- Experience and a good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to multi task lots of duties and demanding clients!
- A background in customer care and administration

Property Manager

An award winning Estate Agency based in HA8 is recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to attend to the day to day running of the AST Management portfolio.
Working alongside the Lettings Manager and a Junior Property Manager, the key responsibilities and duties of this role include:
·Managing portfolio of approx. 120 properties
·Collecting and managing rent, fee collections and contractor/client payments
·Arranging reactive and proactive property maintenance
·Organising and carrying out quarterly property inspections
·Managing check in and check outs
·Dealing with deposit returns and disputes
·Organizing and maintaining all health and safety certification including and not limited to gas safety, EICR and EPC and ensuring property compliance
·Knowledge of S21 and S8 procedures
·Lettings Administration – Referencing, Invoices, Tenancy Agreements
·Various ad hoc administrative tasks as required by Management
The successful Property Manager must have the following experience and qualifications to apply:
·Impeccable written and spoken English
·Proficiency in Health & Safety
·A legal understanding of the property market
·Excellent IT literacy
·Demonstrable Customer Service and Management experience
·Willingness to work outside of office hours and weekends to fulfill the function of the role
·Ability to prioritise work effectively
·Be able to think on your feet and be reactive to situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner
·Be able to work alone and on own initiative as well as within a team
·Good working knowledge of CFP Winman
·Full UK driving license – Desired but not essential

Their expanding and dynamic residential block management firm requires a new member  for the friendly team to look after their own portfolio with each property varying in size. IRPM qualifications are desirable but not essential as the company will assist the right person to achieve this.
What is essential is that the applicant has the following qualities:

The role will involve:
