Sales Negotiators & Senior Negotiators

My client who is a long established, successful Estate Agency is looking for Sales Negotiators to join the team. You need to be smart in appearance, a good communicator, be organised and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Experience in this field will be prioritised however if you have sales experience and a proven track record then they may consider a more Junior position. Promotion is always available for those who can prove themselves.

This role is full time 5 days per week and includes most Saturdays. You need to be a car driver as when you are not in the office generating viewings, valuations and financial leads you will be out conducting viewings.

Lettings Maintenance Coordinator

£16000 - £18000 per annum

I have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Maintenance Coordinator for this busy independent estate agent based in the centre of Lincoln.

The goal of a residential lettings maintenance coordinator in a growing company is of such importance that the individual needs to be willing to give support in the day to day operations. Handling tenant concerns, owner's inquiries, the management and scheduling of respected trades is needed. The successful individual will be required to be on call regularly to receive inquiries that may a rise and address repairs as needed, prioritizing those that are deemed an emergency.
Key Requirements
Tenant Management:
·Maintain personal contact with tenants. Promote goodwill, provide high quality service, and anticipate and solve problems.
·Implement tenant retention practices.
·Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners.
·Maintain and monitor work order system.
·Support other departments as reasonably required.
Operations Management:
·Maintain an ongoing relationship and build a database of reliable and reputable contractors, to ensure all jobs are actioned with agreed and set timeframes.
·Adhere to all relevant legislation and best practice and ensure that all properties are compliant.
·Maintain Property Management Database with NBS.
·Adhere to Franchise policy and procedures.
·Ensure that all Residential Properties managed by Northwood Lincoln are serviced per legislative requirements, incorporating best practice.
·Keep abreast of relevant legislation which affects working practices. Keep up to date with relevant new legislation and advice on implications and necessary actions to ensure compliance.
Behaviour Requirements:

·Willingness and ability to learn additional software packages such as NBS as required.

Education / Qualifications:
·A current driving license and use of a car.

New Homes Negotiator

£20000 - £30000 per annum mileage

Experienced new homes sales negotiator required for established and extremely sought after Estate Agency based in the Exeter area. This will be working in the New Homes department in their beautiful central Exeter office and have an expected OTE of up to £30,000 per annum.

The role will be to negotiate and administer all aspects of the New Homes portfolio, providing the highest level of customer support to clients.

To work pro-actively with the New Homes Manager and to maintain and grow the portfolio and to assist in the promotion and marketing of the properties.


Main Duties

·To pro-actively arrange viewings using in-house database and work to targets as set out by the New Homes Sales Manager
·To market, negotiate and administer New Homes sales, producing property details and undertaking all necessary requirements to market the properties.
·To monitor sales as they proceed, liaising with all parties.
·To maintain and bolster existing client relations.
·To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
·To develop relations with new clients and developers and to actively promote the company and grow the business.
·To actively prospect for new business.
·Manage clients expectations throughout the purchasing process
·Answer incoming calls, emails and correspondence and deal with accordingly
·Promote other related services within the company - valuations, finance, second-hand sales, lettings etc.
