Our client is a leading independent Estate Agency in the East Sussex area and they are now seeking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their highly successful team. They need someone ambitious that wants to grow with the business.
 
The Role:
• Market and carry out valuations to grow the Sales business.
• Carry out sales viewings and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Involve and steer the existing team to maximise Sales opportunities.
• Seek out and exploit new market opportunities and customers for the business.
• General Managing duties.
 
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
• Sales and Marketing Experience within the Property Market
• Experienced in maximising sales from existing customers
• Superb communication skills
• Highly presentable and able to build rapport quickly
• High degree of organisation to ensure all opportunities are followed up
• Able to work to clear targets and exceed expectation
 
Core Leadership Skills:
• Strategic thinker able to construct Marketing and Sales Plan and implement
• Independent and confident in making his/her own decisions
• Comfortable with risk and taking responsibility/ownership
• Ability to think on his/her feet and make business critical decisions quickly

Basic salary of £25,000 with an OTE of up to £50,000 plus benefits.

Property Manager

Our client are looking for a Property Manager to join their successful Lettings & Property Management team in Brighton.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Processing applications for properties, ensuring all aspects are compliant and the property is ready for tenants to take up occupation.
- Dealing with deposits
- Producing all new tenancy agreements in line with Company’s standard of quality.
- Managing any changes or updates to the terms of the tenancy.
- Arranging and producing inventories prior to start of tenancy.
- New tenant administration, including processing of tenant’s application forms.
- Receive calls from tenants reporting maintenance queries.
- Written communication to Landlords concerning maintenance required and action taken as per their terms of business.
- Book & complete management visits.
- Email management visits reports to Landlords.
- View properties as and when required as maintenance queries are raised.
- Management of Properties day to day including utilities and issues raised by tenants/landlords.
- Ensuring the correct number of keys are available for new tenants, and getting keys cut where applicable.
 
 
The ideal candidate will be well presented, friendly and approachable. You will have experience working in Property Management and will have the ability to work with all types of people.
 
Driving licence and own car are essential.

An independently owned estate agency in Brighton are looking to add a Senior Negotiator/Valuer to their well established team.

Looking for an experienced and driven individual with a proven track record in a similar role, the right candidate will have a sound knowledge of the Sales industry.

Principle Accountabilities:
