Responsibilities:
·To process in full all mortgage business from application stage once spoken with an Advisor to completion.
·To complete all administration relating to mortgage sales; to include checking applications, processing paperwork and working with sellers, solicitors, lenders and the mortgage provider until the sale completes and the mortgage goes through.
·Entering new cases on the system and keeping the Mortgage data updated.
·Dealing with correspondence and producing standard letters. Liaise with lenders, insurance companies, solicitors and clients ensuring requirements met and tracking these procedures on the system.
·Ensuring acceptance terms and mortgage offers received as promptly as possible and checking these against application.

Full time: Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm

The position offers a generous salary and OTE dependent on experience per annum.
To succeed as a Property Manager, you will need to possess the following:
·Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager, although for the right candidate this is not essential if has a lettings background.
·A proven track record and experience of managing a portfolio of managed properties.
·You will be experienced in spotting potential problems before they happen keeping both landlord and tenant content.
·Be able to negotiate between landlord and tenant and meet/exceed expectations at every opportunity.
·Work alongside shareholders in the business to ensure any potential business opportunity is referred to the relevant department and if necessary for third party sales.
·An excellent work ethic.
·Confident and proficient knowledge of the UK lettings market and the jurisdiction which surrounds it.
