·Ensure that the staff section of the CH website is continuously updated regarding staff text & photographs.
 
·Be responsible for updating facebook, Instagram. Linkedin, feeds with approved updates (and any future portals or similar). This to be in line with company vales and messaging.
 
·Liaise with digital marketing company about upcoming initiatives and campaigns ensuring a consistent message throughout all of the channels
 
3. Other Marketing
 
·Collate and prepare copy for newspaper advertising.
 
·Board presence: communicate with the Board Company any changes to board presence. Aim for all properties to have a board erected where permitted by the council/managing agent/vendor. Upon instruction, proactively check sales contract to establish whether permission has been granted. Keep board spreadsheet updated weekly with these changes.
 
·Feefo & Google reviews; proactively liaise with all staff weekly. Client and customer information to be
·uploaded to the Feefo & Google platform weekly.  
 
·Oversee & manage the production & distribution of the canvass & marketing materials. On a weekly basis,
·create, print and arrange distribution of materials. Oversee use of the Folding Machine. Ensure marketing
·materials are not on the ground floor and keep records of distribution for inclusion on monthly KPIS.
 
4. Estate Agency Duties (Ad hoc, when required)
 
·Answering the telephone & message taking, dealing with general enquiries.
 
·Property viewings.
 
5. Administration
 
·Collate KPIs weekly.
 
·Periodically review and order stamps as appropriate, & record department usage.
 
·Periodically review and order company stationery & office supplies; stock take monthly.
 
·Stock up printer paper in the stationary cupboard ready for Monday.
 
·Maintain the printer, organise repairs & servicing, new staff training on usage.
 
·Organise the Christmas staff lunch, with a Director.
