Senior Negotiator

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic people-orientated individual with a commitment to excellent service to help to generate and expand this high profile brand of estate agents, who cover a wide geographic area of the Suffolk coast.
 
This reputable brand is looking for a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their friendly team in their branch based North of Ipswich.
 
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in negotiating sales and also valuing/listing property.  Full training will be given but they will be expected to have knowledge of the property sales process and progressing/chasing the sales through to completion.
 
Duties are but not limited to:
 
Generate business through applicant management and networking
 
    Vendor care and communication,
Liaise with Branch Manager and/or Partner, if necessary
Purchaser care and communication
 
Cross selling – i.e. mortgage leads, market appraisals, etc
Applicant management and ring round new instructions & reductions
 
“Piggy-back” others properties onto viewing requests
With vendor and/or viewing person
 
Accompany personally where appropriate
Next day.  Request feedback and encourage offers.
 
Negotiate and agree with both vendor and purchaser, check chain
Issue memo of sale
Liaise with Branch Manager and/or Partner, if necessary
 
Day to day management, monitoring & assisting colleagues in office
Liaise with Branch Manager and/or Partner, if necessary
At weekly meeting give input into content/wanted/corporate ads – headers & footers etc
 
Input into targets and recipients for mailers/magazines etc
Design campaigns/themes in conjunction with the team
 
Register properties & appointments on system when have arranged  them
 
Assisting colleagues with visitors and incoming calls to the office and any other office duties as requested.
 
 
Salary – dependent on experience and qualifications.  Use of car essential, travel expenses paid for company business at 45p per mile, your car will need to be insured for business use and the brand will refund the difference in premiums.
