They are looking to enhance the team with the addition of an experienced estate agent. The role is all encompassing and will involve all aspects of a traditional estate agency role, including:
 
Phoning Out New Instructions
Vendor and Applicant Liaison
Sales Chasing
Accompanying Viewings
Negotiating Offers
Competitor Analysis
Property Take Ons
 
The ideal person will be an experienced estate agent with  good local knowledge and a genuine team player. Although direct industry experience is preferred, candidates from other sales backgrounds will be considered as long as they can demonstrate an aptitude for pro active work.
 
 You must be a self starter, articulate, well presented and a confident communicator.

person. The role requires highly developed keyboard and computer skills together with organisational
skills. The ability to work within a team and use initiative when appropriate is very important, as is the
