This is an exciting opportunity to join our client, who is an established firm offering training and advice to both letting agencies and private landlords across the UK.
They are looking to employ a new member of staff to work from their offices in Poole. The role will involve being an expert in lettings, particularly around the legislation, and so considerable lettings and property management experience is expected such as several years experience as a lettings manager or senior lettings or property manager or lettings trainer.
A formal qualification such as ARLA would be attractive but not essential.
They are looking for a person to produce written articles on lettings topics and to answer the landlord and agent helplines. Depending on abilities and character it could involve running training but that is flexible.
They run a 40 hours a week working schedule though can allow some flexibility in the hours worked. They offer 28 days holiday (including the 8 days of Bank Holidays). The role includes the statutory auto enrolment pension scheme.
Extensive training on the role will be given but all candidates will need to have all the background knowledge and previous practical experience already.
