Our Client is looking for an experienced candidate to be based at their Blandford Forum office. Previous lettings and property management experience essential and the candidate must be fully IT literate with the ability to work under own initiative.
The role is deal with all aspects of lettings from the viewing stage right through to the move out and deposit release. You must be well presented, of smart appearance, highly organised with an ability to multi task and be able to remain calm and professional under pressure. The role involves obtaining references for proposed tenants, preparing contracts, arranging inventories, safety certificates and ordering any agreed works, setting up direct debits, diary management, viewings check-ins, check outs, inspections, negotiating renewals, deposit releases and general administration duties.

Salary IRO £17-20,000 basic with OTE £20-24,000 depending on experience.

Experienced Estate Agency Administrator required for Established and sought after, up market Estate Agency in the beautiful town of Bridport in Dorset.
Our client is a sought after, professional and up market firm in the Dorset. They are currently looking for an experienced administrator with a first-class knowledge of general admin and IT. You ideally will have worked in an estate agency or lettings environment before and will have great people skills as you will be dealing with the general public both over the phone and face to face. You will also have great customer facing skills as you will also be dealing with sales and negotiation when required but in a more office based position.
Duties will include, advertising, updating social media when required, producing letters and property details, updating the database, producing floor plans, audio typing, registering clients and booking appointments and general coordination of the office and admin. You will also deal with clients face to face and over the phone, booking appointments and supporting the negotiators as required.
You will be of smart appearance, friendly natured and highly organised.
Salary £16,500 - 18,000, OTE £18-22,000 pa depending on experience with hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and one in four Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
