Lettings Administrator

Our client, who is a successful and growing well-known brand with offices in Bournemouth town centre, is looking for an experienced lettings administrator.

This is a varied role and experience working within the lettings sector of the industry is essential for this role, as the position also involves assisting the property management department too (as outlined below).

You will need to be a hard-working person who is used to delivering a high-level of professional service and be used to dealing with the general public face-to-face, by telephone and via email.

Amongst the usual administrative roles involved the successful candidate will be responsible for renewal of tenancies, construct and amend tenancy agreements, maintain an excellent working relationship with both tenants and landlords and process financial transactions.

The company is looking for an articulate, well-presented team player with an outgoing personality who is also able to work on their own initiative.

As previously mentioned, experience working within a similar role within the lettings industry is a requirement of this position.

In return the company offers a salary (DoE) and the chance to work in a busy and rapidly expanding successful company in the town centre.

Our client, a specialist retirement home company, is looking for an experienced sales and marketing manager for their prestigious development in the Dorchester area.

They are looking for a person with experience in selling new and existing retirement properties, and may consider a candidate with experience in new home sales.

This is an interesting role, as it includes new lease negotiations, marketing of the development across all media, arranging and staging sales and liaison events to effectively promote the development and interact with the Nursing Home Liaison

You will need to be outgoing, confident and competent. A person who understands that this is the last move people make and thus cannot be rushed, someone who understands that this is not a fast-paced role but there is no room for laziness or apathy.

You will need to be of smart appearance and someone who is not shy to speak to existing residents and form long lasting relationships.

This is a full-time position working for a prestigious company in a glorious setting.

There is a basic salary of around £23,200 - £27,000 (DoE) and a flexible commission rate for each property sold.

This is a Tuesday to Saturday role 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Administrator

An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator, who has some property experience, to join a thriving and busy estate agent in the Sherborne area in a full time role.
This is with an established estate agent with a well-regarded firm with an excellent track record and reputation built on their quality of service and results.
The role will be mainly office based, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm. Occasionally there may be the requirement to work an hour or two at the weekend.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have great administration and IT skills and be able to pick up potentially new software systems with relative ease. Approachable and well presented with an ability to work in a calm and professional manner when dealing with customer enquiries is essential.
Some industry experience is required as sales progression and responding to property related enquiries from buyers, vendors and solicitors can form a significant part of the role.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Qualifying applicants / Registering on system
Organising contractors to attend to maintenance issues and liaising with landlords where applicable.
Property File upkeep
Putting together, printing and sending out property lists
Handling day to day operations
Assisting sales team members
Diary management
Filing office general office paperwork, sales paperwork
Updating banking, pipeline and weekly spreadsheets
Updating window display
Preparing reports when needed
Maintain office supplies
Marketing / social media
Creating brochures, flyers, marketing material, window cards, organising EPCs, placing properties on the internet.
To create invoices for fees and disbursements
Answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages
Expense claims
Be responsible for general office housekeeping
Arranging property viewing and survey appointments
Liaising with solicitors on sales progression
