This is an excellent opportunity for an existing senior property or block manager to join a highly sought after firm in the Plymouth area as an experienced block manager with earnings in the region of £25-28,000 to include car allowance.
The ideal candidate will be currently working in the industry as a block manager or senior property manager (ideally with some block management experience but not essential). You be computer literate, able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
You will be required to assist in the management of Block Management covering a large portfolio of mainly residential and some commercial properties in the Plymouth and surrounding areas.
