A super role within an established Exeter City Centre agent has become available for a bright and efficient lettings administrator / negotiator looking for a position amounting to 35 hours per week.
The role will be mainly administrative and will include:
General Reception Duties answering phones, making appointments, directing calls & taking messages.
General Office Duties including filing, scanning, record keeping.
Liaising with tenants and contractors.
Undertaking the weekly landlord rent run.
Supporting the referencing department.
They are ideally looking for a candidate with some lettings experience but will consider a candidate who is currently working as an office administrator.
The role will be Tuesday to Saturday. Weekday hours 9am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm. - 35 hours per week.
5 weeks holiday bank holidays per year.
