This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established agency in the Dartmoor area where you will be responsible for valuing residential property including rural, agricultural, equestrian and high-end property, generating sales, viewings and some sales progression when required.
They are looking for both an experienced negotiator with at least 1 years valuing experience, and someone who is looking for a career, rather than just a job, where there will be future promotion prospects and excellent earning potential for the right person.
You will be hard-working and articulate, well-presented, a real team player who is able to mentor less experienced staff, be able to communicate at all levels and looking to expand on your already gained knowledge.
In return, the company offers a basic salary, uncapped commission and as previously mentioned great future promotion prospects and NAEA training support.
