Our client, a reputable property agent in the South West, are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their agricultural sales department with a generous of salary of between £17-22,000 depending on experience.
 
The Agricultural Sales department runs agricultural machinery and associated equipment sales through Online Timed Auctions with items entered from across the whole of the South West.
Throughput from the Online sales has increased markedly over the past 12 months and so the company are looking to recruit a full-time administrator to join this growing department. The department also runs On Site Sales which hopefully will restart when Covid restrictions are lifted, as well as three livestock markets being South Molton, Honiton and Tavistock.
 
Key roles include:
·Online sales, putting lots onto the system, invoicing and organising purchased item collections

Main Duties

·To maintain client confidentiality at all times and to record and protect client’s personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA).

Bright and ambitious candidate with excellent customer service / sales skills and front-end lettings experience, required for an exciting office-based lettings negotiator role in the Exeter area with an OTE of £21-26,000 per annum and NO WEEKENDS.
 
This candidate will be:
·Used to be working in a fast faced environment and have excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
·Looking after and providing valuations on properties, arranging marketing photos, advertising properties online and sourcing prospective tenants.
·Responsible for marketing client properties, providing relevant updates and recommendations
·Liaising with prospective Tenants to organise viewings and converting those viewings to offers
·Informing the Tenant of application process and helping progress the application to satisfactory completion.
·Working with third party agents as well as the property managers within the wider department to ensure the smooth transition from application to move in, or termination to re-marketing.
 
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with some letting agency experience or property management experience as we also have roles in that sector for the same company. We would also consider someone who has been running their own portfolio.
 
This is an exciting role for someone seeking an office-based lettings role within an established company providing many perks and a buzzing team environment.  Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
