Our client, is a sought-after firm to work for, dealing with a wide variety of town and rural property sales across the South Devon area to include residential, commercial, land, equestrian, farms and agricultural. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to work in their Dartmoor office and ideally you will have estate agency experience and have a strong sales background dealing with all types of clientele. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an agent with long established roots in the industry and cover the whole selling process from valuation to sales progression for a really wide spectrum of properties.
 
The role will include phoning potential applicants, client, feedback, arranging and carrying out viewings and valuations,  sales progression and negotiating offers.
 
The candidate they are looking for must have a spark and a real passion for property sales and be friendly, driven and keen to learn. Good local market knowledge is also preferred. You will be of polished appearance and be professional, proactive and organised.
 
This is a company with a great reputation and the right candidate can expect a basic salary of around £20,000 (negotiable)and an OTE of £30,000 depending on experience. You will need your own car but will have a mileage allowance.

Block Manager

Lettings Negotiator

Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager to be based at their Honiton office. Previous lettings and administration experience an advantage and the candidate must be fully IT literate with the ability to work under own initiative and have experience of working in an office environment dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone.
 
The role is to process all the lettings paperwork and administration, deal with clients face to face and over the phone and arrange and conduct some viewings and property inspections. The role will be in and out of the office so you will need your own car (75% in).
 
You must be well presented, of smart appearance, highly organised with an ability to multitask and be able to remain calm and professional under pressure. The role also involves obtaining references for proposed tenants, preparing contracts, arranging inventories, safety certificates and ordering any agreed works, setting up direct debits, diary management, deposit releases and general property management and appointments.
 
Salary IRO £20-25,000 depending on experience (pro rata for part time).
 
Full time Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5.30pm and some Saturday working will be required on rota, usually one in three. Flexible hours considered but needs to be 30 plus a week.

A first class opportunity for an established Part Time Viewings Negotiator with at least some property sales or excellent customer service experience, to join one of the best and most sought after agents in the Topsham area to undertake property viewings on Wednesdays (8.45am to 5.30pm) and Saturdays (9am to 2pm) and with an hourly rate of £10-12.50ph depending on experience
 
Our client is regarded as one of the best property agents in the Topsham area and with a superb reputation to work for, they don't often have opportunities such as this available.  This is an important role and will involve obtaining a good working knowledge of our register.  It will also require excellent time-management and interpersonal and communications skills.

They are looking for an exceptional individual ideally who has at least 12 months’ experience of working in the industry but for the right person not essential, and ideally from a fast based environment.
