Experienced Branch Manager required for Reputable Independent South Hams Estate Agency. This role will be in one of their South Ham offices.
 
Our client is a multi branched, rural, independent estate agency with an excellent reputation in the area. They currently require a Senior Branch Manager with recent, senior estate agency  experience, used to working to target for either an independent or corporate firm. They are looking for a dynamic individual ideally with local knowledge.
 
Situated in the South Hams this agent has strong rural links so applicants should be experienced in the upper & rural market as well as having strong leadership and management skills.
 
As the prospective candidate you will already be at branch manager level currently working in Estate Agency, have a track record of delivering results and have an excellent conversion rate. You must have a self driven approach and the desire to succeed
 
The role in brief:
 
* Training, supervision and motivation of staff.
* Carry out market appraisals and listing property for sale.
* Assist senior staff members and supervise the sales team.
* Ensure branch targets are met
* Maintaining efficient day to day operation of the office.
These are just a few key responsibilities that are expected of the successful candidate.
 
In return my client offers an excellent salary package of £26-27,000 basic depending on experience and with a commission structure for achieving office targets set plus profit share.  On target earnings in the region of £40,000.

A leading and high calibre firm in the South West is seeking a Lettings Manager to join their busy Barnstaple office with OTE up to £35,000.
 
This is a varied role and will suit a polished and highly experienced property professional with several years worth of Lettings experience.
 
Duties to include but not limited to:
 
-Carrying out regular coaching, feedback and one to one sessions with staff to support skills development.
-Ensuring that legal tenancy agreements are executed compliantly and in a way that maintains a high level of customer care.
-Working with the senior Partner on the annual budgeting process, proposing suitable income and cost levels for the branch.
-Pro actively researching the local market, competitors within this region, and establishing ways to develop a competitive advantage through local networking.
-Ensuring that any Client / Tenant / Property details that change during the tenancy are updated on the relevant systems and communicated to other relevant divisions within Lettings.
-Pro actively developing strong relationships with other departments within the firm.
-Identifying opportunities to work with and to refer business to other departments/divisions. 
-Enhancing and building on the market share
-Attending valuations
-Marketing of properties
-Ensuring that terminations, refunds and deposit releases are executed correctly and efficiently.

Candidate qualities:
 
-Polished and well presented
-Dedicated and dynamic
-A positive `can do` attitude
-A full and clean UK Drivers Licence.
-Experience in Residential Lettings is essential
-Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
-The ability to develop and motivate those around you.
-Willingness to exceed expectations through great customer service skills
-Honest, trustworthy

Lettings Negotiator

Are you looking for a new role in the Property Industry? We are seeking a lettings negotiator / property administrator for a full time position, with a lovely Exeter firm. There would also be Saturdays on a rota.
 
Our client is an established Estate & Letting Agency located in Exeter City Centre.  They are looking for an experienced lettings candidate who is looking for a new role in lettings.  Day to day duties will be varied but will include organising and carrying out viewings, general lettings administration (so strong admin & IT skills are required), utility change overs and taking meter readings on rental properties.  
 
Because the office manages a high proportion of student properties, this role would ideally suit someone who does not need time off during school holidays and other seasonal periods which are busy student times.
 
Salary £19-21,000 depending on experience and use of pool car but must be over 25 for insurance reasons.
 
Monday to Friday 8.45-5.30pm and saturdays on a rota.
