New Homes Negotiator

£20000 - £30000 per annum mileage

Experienced new homes sales negotiator required for established and extremely sought after Estate Agency based in the Exeter area. This will be working in the New Homes department in their beautiful central Exeter office and have an expected OTE of up to £30,000 per annum.

The role will be to negotiate and administer all aspects of the New Homes portfolio, providing the highest level of customer support to clients.

To work pro-actively with the New Homes Manager and to maintain and grow the portfolio and to assist in the promotion and marketing of the properties.


Main Duties

·To pro-actively arrange viewings using in-house database and work to targets as set out by the New Homes Sales Manager
·To market, negotiate and administer New Homes sales, producing property details and undertaking all necessary requirements to market the properties.
·To monitor sales as they proceed, liaising with all parties.
·To maintain and bolster existing client relations.
·To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
·To develop relations with new clients and developers and to actively promote the company and grow the business.
·To actively prospect for new business.
·Manage clients expectations throughout the purchasing process
·Answer incoming calls, emails and correspondence and deal with accordingly
·Promote other related services within the company - valuations, finance, second-hand sales, lettings etc.
·To report on a weekly and monthly basis to the Management team.
·To pro-actively liaise with the Sales Department, keeping them up-to-date on new homes developments, ensuring departmental integration.
·Any other duties as directed by the Land, Development & New Homes Director.

Sales Negotiator required for Up Market, Established firm of Estate & Letting Agents in the Honiton area with OTE up to £23,000.

Our client, is a sought-after firm to work for, dealing with middle to upper end and rural property sales across the South West of England. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to work in their Honiton office covering property sales. Ideally you will have estate agency experience or have a strong sales background dealing with high end clientele such as new homes or similar.

The candidate they are looking for must be a proven business winner with a great track record in sales. Good local market knowledge is also preferred. You will be of polished appearance and be highly professional, proactive and organised.

Based in a busy lettings office, the role will predominantly be dealing with the accounts side of the business and lettings administration and duties will include:

·Posting rent receipts to tenants
