My client is a well known and highly successful independent Estate Agency doing residential sales and lettings. They are looking for a full time Lettings Administrator to complement their great team.

The Administrator job role is to support the Lettings Team in various administrative duties. Letting Agency experience is a must as they want you to hit the ground running.

Their other criteria is to:
·Have outstanding Customer Service skills
·Getting stuck in to help the team in a very busy office.
·Be articulate and well-presented
·Be Positive and happy within a very fast paced environment
·Have good communication skills both written and verbal
·Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
·Must have a clean driving licence and your own vehicle.

My client will pay an excellent salary of up to £20k depending on experience. One Saturday per month 9am to 2pm. The rest is a 5day week 9am to 5pm.















Sales Negotiator

Their work includes Property Sales, Lettings, Surveys, Mortgages and Conveyancing.
Due to their continued success and expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to work as part of their busy and thriving team in Belper.

Duties will include:
? Working as part of a team, really getting involved in every aspect of the business
? Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties
? Booking property valuations
? Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers
? Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors
? Working closely with other negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business
? Recommending other products, such as insurance and financial services.
? Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
? Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals, achieving realistic targets

The ideal candidate:
? Previous Sales Negotiator experience is desirable
? A proven track record of achieving sales and targets is ESSENTIAL
? A natural ability to multitask and manage a busy and varied workload where no two days are the same
? Personable, enjoy building relationships and providing fantastic levels of customer service
? A good problem solver
? Excellent local knowledge
? You'll be expected to be smart and well presented at all times, with excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Salary package:

Negotiator/Valuer

Due to their continued success and expansion, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator/Valuer to work as part of an established team in their busy Matlock office.

Duties will include:

Sales Manager

My client is a well known brand name based in Glossop on the edge of the beautiful Peak District. Primatily a Lettings Ahent they are now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to grow their residential property department.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all residential sales. Your overall duty will be to generate new listings and oversee the progression of the sales pipeline. Negotiating the sale, liaising with legal services and customers, providing high standard of customer care.

Also as Sales Manager, you will be assisted by directors in setting out a marketing strategy and will be allocated a marketing budget. You will work with directors in managing other media such as websites and Facebook, paying attention to online status and assist in improving company reputation.

You will work as part of the branch team and assist in the day to day running of the office where and when required, presenting with a high level of professionalism at all times that is befitting a senior employee.

As part of the management team, you will be involved in recruiting other staff when operationally necessary. You may also be involved in the dismissal of staff.

You will have quarterly appraisals to begin with and bi annually thereafter.

Our client will pay a generous basic salary plus a company car with a bonus to be agreed.

Lettings Coordinator

My client is a well known and well established independent estate agent in Matlock. They have a vacancy for a lettings all rounder who can negotiate, manage properties and do some administration.

You will be expected to do the following tasks :-
?Pro-actively search and obtain new business for the company, i.e new properties/new landlords
?Book Market Appraisals and POMs
?Ensure Properties meet current legislation for letting purposes
?Arrange and attend on Viewings
?Deal with Applications
?Prepare Inventories
?Liaise with Landlords and Tenants
?Attend on Check Ins/Check Outs
?Carry out regular property Inspections
?Audit Safety Certificates
?Coordinate Tenancy Renewals
?Oversee and approve Maintenance
?Deal with all aspects of the Deposit Scheme
?Manage Property Income and Expenses
?Serve Notices to Quit
?Deal with any incoming enquiries/queries to do with Property

Must be a strong communicator with
Good Customer Service Skills and Relations is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Use of Vebra or Jupix Property Software not essential but beneficial
Varied and challenging role
NFoPP Residential Lettings & Property Management Level 3 not essential but beneficial
ARLA/Propertymark member beneficial.

A minimum of 12 months? experience within Property Management
Full clean UK driving licence and own car is a must.
Strong knowledge of property management and the local area
Well-presented and professional
Personable, efficient and very organised.

You must have a clean driving licence as you will be required to undertake viewing appointments.
