Established firm of Estate Agents in the Cornwall area require an experienced property sales negotiator for their St Austell office with on target earnings expected to be in the region of £23,000 - £30,000.

Our client is seeking an estate agency sales negotiator with at least one years estate agency experience to join the team in their St Austell office.
You will be a high achiever with a proactive attitude towards your work and ideally at valuing as this will be part of the role along with sales.

Already working as a Sales Negotiator or valuer in the industry, you will be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service and an ability to meet targets and manage workloads effectively.

Once a sale has been agreed you are also responsible for managing it through to completion.

This is a great Sales Negotiator / Valuer role within a friendly office and the company offers training and career progression to any successful candidate.

Basic salary in the region of £18,000 with an OTE of £23,000 to £30,000 for an experienced valuer.

Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer

Experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer required to complement the existing team working in a busy, established Independent Estate Agents in the Falmouth area with £17,000 - £25,000 basic salary and up to £35,000 per annum (On Target Earnings) depending on experience.

They are currently seeking an experienced Estate Agency senior sales negotiator / valuer with at least two years’ experience and a great track record in property take ons and sales. You will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, viewings and negotiating deals and will be target driven and able to deliver high levels of customer service to your clients. This Estate Agents only employs the best staff but in return you will receive a competitive salary according to your experience and be working for a market leader.

The senior sales negotiator position is full time Monday – Friday 8.15am – 5.30pm with Saturdays worked on a rota, 1 in 3 (9am – 4pm) but obviously these are core hours and sometimes late appointments are necessary.

Package dependable on experience ranging from £17,000 - £25,000 basic and up to £30,000 OTE. A pool car is available for candidates over 25 years of age.

Portfolio Manager

Due to portfolio expansion we require an experienced Portfolio / Property Manager for an Established Independent Letting Agency with a superb reputation in Cornwall.

Our client is looking for an organised, and well-presented portfolio manager to work in their Penryn office. They are an extremely busy agent so you will be used to working under pressure and be able to multi task and organise your own workload daily. You will have at a year’s lettings or property management experience and be able to hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of managed properties from the point of move in to the deposit release and everything in between including dealing with repair and maintenance issues, organising safety certificates, check ins, check outs, inventories, quarterly visits and general landlord and tenant customer service.

In return you will be working for a very respected firm and receive a competitive salary, in the region of £22-25,000 and a pool car is available to candidates over 25. The salary is negotiable depending on the candidate though.

Lettings Negotiator

Our client is looking for a full-time Lettings Negotiator based in their Callington office with scope to also cover other East Cornwall offices. The successful candidate will be bright, cheerful, an ability to work under their own initiative and ambitious. 

TThe ideal candidate will be very presentable, articulate, have a superb eye for detail together with excellent time-management skills and a strong knowledge of all MS Office packages. Previous experience within a lettings role or ARLA qualified is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential. The successful candidate will be enrolled on the Propertymark – Residential Property Management Practice course

Duties will include (non-exhaustive):
- To provide clients with a professional service and to win new and maintain existing instructions.

- To interview applicants in a structured fashion to identify their lettings requirements and to enquire if they have a property for sale and to achieve a market appraisal for the company.

- To contact applicants in a pro-active manner introducing them to property matching their requirements swiftly and efficiently.

- To carry out take ons and property inspections.

- To deal with day to day issues for managed properties.

- To ensure comprehensive and accurate file notes are recorded on the appropriate property file and the IT system.

- To be a fully integrated team member and to ensure all legislation requirements are met and accurate record keeping.

- At all times to use best endeavours to gain instructions for any office of the company.

- At all times to project a smart, friendly, polite and professional image providing the highest standard of customer care in order to secure recommendations and further business for the Company.

- To be proficient in the use of all office IT and communication systems.

- To attend training sessions and participate fully.

- To accurately measure and write property details.

- Any other duties as directed by the Directors.

Working Hours: 8.45am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday based on a rota from 9am till 1pm.
