You will manage a portfolio of letting properties and be the friendly positive point of contact and the chief problem solver for your landlords and their tenants. You will manage each tenancy through from start to finish; from the first viewing and applications; to referencing, inspections, maintenance and finally checkouts and deposit returns.
We will want you to have 3 plus years experience in property lettings, ARLA is ideal but not essential, to have a track record in organised and effective administration and to have the skills and approach to offer exceptional customer service to every client every time.
