Our client is a highly successful Estate Agency aiming to further reinforce their sales department and increase their market presence.
They are currently looking for an ambitious, driven and diligent individual to join them as a Residential Sales Negotiator.
12 months previous experience of residential sales is essential as our client would expect you to hit the ground running.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be computer literate and have an aptitude for sales.  
You will also be of smart appearance, well presented at all times and be very much goal oriented.
Duties expected of the successful candidate will include:
Managing in-coming calls.
Arranging property viewings and dealing with buyers enquiries.
Canvassing for new business.
Following up on outstanding valuations.
Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement to legal completion.
Good basic salary with an additional excellent commission structure.

Student Accommodation Manager

Our clients are seeking a highly motivated and professional Student Accommodation Manager to head up a busy and well-established student accommodation company in Middlesbrough.
Our clients:
They were established in 2017 and has fast become the towns leading student accommodation provider, providing a higher standard of student living to students at Teesside University.  They are an accredited landlord under Teesside University’s Student Union and have been awarded Landlord of the year by the SU.
Who are they looking for?
They are looking for a dynamic and motivated manager to lead the team, made up of lettings negotiators and maintenance and manage the department. Reporting to the business Partners, you will oversee the day to day running of the department.
You will have the ability to build strong relationships with our landlords and ensure the student accommodation team is well regarded.
They are looking for someone with good business sense who can grow the company and explore new revenue opportunities
Duties (but are not limited to)
·Work with the lettings negotiators to ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and efficiently
·Build strong relationships with third parties such as the university, student union and local council
·Coordinate events to maximise exposure of the company (freshers fairs etc)
·Ensure that health and safety and fire regulations are met
·Management of a small team, providing mentoring, training and guidance
·Management of maintenance schedule and costings
·Report to the partners with figures, ensuring targets are met
·Liaise with landlords/investors to maximise their rental income
·Monitor landlord/tenant satisfaction
·Liaise with the accounts department and produce financial reporting to landlords and partners
·Promote social media and advertising campaigns
·Manage legislation & compliance
·Ensure smooth running of the move in/out process from start to finish including detailed inventories
·Experience within student accommodation is desirable
·ARLA (or equivalent) qualification
·Experience of managing a team
·Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with landlords and tenants
·Strong leadership and management skills
·Highly organised and proactive approach
·The ability to multi task and manage changing priorities
·Experience in the property/housing management
·Knowledge of managing HMO’s
Minimum hours - Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm and every other Saturday 9.00 - 12.30pm.  Flexibilty is key.
