New Homes Negotiator

A great opportunity to join a well established Estate Agency as a New Homes Negotiator.
 
Based on a newly acquired site, objectives of the role will be:
 
- To run site single manned
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the sales centre and show home
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments
- Handle daily applicant enquires from all property portals and sources
- Liaise with surveyors and arrange mortgage valuations
- Discuss the development with potential purchasers including, current availability and future phases and local area
- Ensure the sales progression is kept up to date and the exchange deadlines are met
- Keep purchasers updated up from the point of reservation to completion
- Be comfortable liaising with Solicitors
- Liaise with the recommended mortgage broker to ensure all purchasers meet the affordability criteria
- Keep in regular contact with the client
- Maintain the database and send out regular emails updating purchasers/potential purchasers
- General administration
- Be comfortable and confident showing/explaining technical plans/drawings
- Conduct reservation appointments
- Follow Health and Safety procedure at all times
- Send out weekly reports to the sales managers and client
- Ensure anti-money laundering documentations and ID of purchasers is obtained and recorded
- Conduct site visits
- Conduct demonstration/walk through appointments when properties are ready to be occupied
- Liaise and maintain good communication with site
- Maintain frequent communication with the local offices referring clients

We are seeking a for a full-time Lettings Negotiator to be based within North Devon or North Cornwall with scope to cover other local offices.  The successful candidate will be bright, cheerful, and ambitious and have the ability to work under their own initiative.
