They are looking to recruit a Residential Block Manager to join their team and take a lead role in the running of the department.
As Residential Block Manager you will take over your own portfolio and report to the MD.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Residential Block Management experience and be IRPM qualified although our client is willing to assist you gaining the relevant qualification.
You will have excellent communication & IT Skills and have a can do attitude.

A self-motivated and diligent Property Manager is currently required by a successful private property company in South Bucks.
