Our client, who is a multi-office independent agent, deals with some lovely property and has an excellent reputation as being an "agent you can trust" with their teams offering a wealth of estate agency experience.
Therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is currently working within estate agency who would like to learn more, and with that experience be able to progress within the company and industry.
As previously mentioned, to be considered for this role you will need to have estate agency experience and the role will involve (amongst other things) accompanying viewings, updating vendors and purchasers alike, actively seeking new business opportunities for the company and being a very proactive member of staff.
Due to the clientele the company tends to attract you will need to be articulate and smartly presented, able to communicate at all levels, be driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated as well as being able to work as part of a small close-knit team.
In return, the company offers a realistic basic salary of around £18,000 and commission giving an OTE in the mid 20's.

Director of Sales

Our client seeks a Group Sales Director for their collection of successful offices.
Role purpose
To manage all aspects of the current sales operation, integrate acquired businesses whilst maintaining performance and achieve organic growth in profitability within a compliant and progressive company.
Key Responsibilities
·The day-to-day management of the sales business
·Ensuring they offer clients the best, compliant service possible and taking ownership of and resolving any difficult client situations effectively
·Acting as Line Manager, to the various Sales Managers, which includes maintaining confidence and morale across the business.  Whilst being consistent and decisive, giving praise and recognition freely as well as responding swiftly to manage performance
·Taking ownership and accountability for the overall sales budget
·Taking ownership and accountability for the overall sales resource management
·Creating and implementing future plans for the company and divide goals equally throughout the sales business, while working alongside others to deliver service standards on a daily basis as well as taking the lead to achieve long-term aims

Experience & Knowledge
·10 years management experience within the sales industry

·Excellent leadership and motivational qualities
·Ability to analyse large amounts of detail quickly and respond effectively

Property Manager

Our client seeks an experienced Property Manager for their busy offices in Milton Keynes

Duties will include
Attend daily morning meeting
Working within a team, managing a portfolio of properties
Advising clients of any required work
Sourcing contractors and co-ordinating maintenance works
Ensuring gas and electrical checks are undertaken in a timely and compliant manner, along with any remedial works if required
Co-ordinating matters between landlords and tenants
Providing landlords with professional advice in relation to their properties
Dealing with check-outs and related returns of deposit and disputes
Liaising with accounts team regarding rent arrears and credit control
Serving compliant notices and obtaining relevant evidence
Manage the renewal process
Skills & experience required:
ARLA qualified to at least level 3 or happy to work towards
Previous property management experience is essential
Professional written and verbal communication
Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner
Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
Good time / diary management
