Looking for a Let Only landlord co-ordinator to be based in the front office, details of the role are as follows:

- Working in a busy open plan Clifton office which is open to the public.
- Dealing with daily multiple email and telephone letting enquiries
- First to deal with customers in the office
- First to answer the phone
- Booking and managing keys in and out of the office
- Directing maintenance enquiries to the relevant Property Managers

Duties
-Take over the customer relationship once a vendor has signed up with the sales team

-Agree sale and instruct solicitors on both sides

Sales Progressor

A super independent firm in Bristol are looking to fill a pivotal role in their highly successful office in Bishopston.

Our highly regarded client is looking for a Full or Part Time Sales Progressor, the ultimate goal of this role is to see property sales through to completion. You will be dealing with buyers, vendors, mortgage companies, solicitors, surveyors etc., so the ability to deal with people in a calm and professional manner is essential.

You will have experience of progressing sales (either as a negotiator or progressor) and will also have the ability to help in the day to day office duties which will involve dealing with people in the office, registering new candidates, booking appointments etc.

If you have strong communication skills and the ability to multi task, this could be the position you have been looking for. This is a target lead environment and candidates will be required to work to deadlines.

The anticipated hours will be 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, but for the right candidate they may consider reduced hours over 4 or 5 days.
