An independent residential lettings and management company located in Bristol are looking for a Property Portfolio Manager to join their team.
Looking for a proactive property portfolio manager who likes to be out of the office, the main focus of the role is to carry out inspections on short term lets/serviced accommodation.  The managed properties  need to look their best at all times and so the purpose of the role is to  keep them looking that way, You will be responsible for liaising with cleaners and contractors on maintenance required to suggesting improvements to homeowners to ensure the properties are continually booked.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in the property industry as either a property manager or inventory clerk etc
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Up to date with current legislation
- A problem solver with a 'CAN DO' attitude
- Someone able to manage and push the business forward

Looking for a Co-ordinator/Negotiator to join their successful Land and New Homes team based in Bishopston, the main focus of the role is to assist the Land and New Homes Manager with the day to day administration, marketing tasks and site visits.
 
The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work both under instruction and independently as the need arises. Previous experience of working in an Estate Agency or New Homes is essential.
 
Duties of the role:
 
- Assisting the Land and New Homes Team in answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and taking messages.
- Dealing with all online Land and New Homes enquiries and booking inspections/site visits where required
- Typing property descriptions and various other letters as required
- Uploading photos/plans, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval
- Qualifying and adding new contacts to the database
- Organising and updating the developer database
- Regular communication to database regarding land and new homes for sale and launch events, etc through both Reapit and Brief Your Market
- Preparing and sending letters to planning applications lodged online and other opportunities via our software to the Companies land and New Homes department
- Attending site launches
- Progressing sales to completion
 
The ideal candidate will have :
 
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritize
- An excellent telephone manner
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A good knowledge of MS Office packages
- Knowledge of Reapit, Brief Your Market and Land Insight software although not essential would be advantageous

- Good Negotatiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
 
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-6pm and some Saturdays with a day taken in lieu.
