Senior Lettings Negotiator

A professional  and well respected firm in Bristol are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.
 
Based in their Clifton office, duties will include but not limited to:
 
- Registering new applicants
- Generating and accompanying viewings
- Negotiating
- Attending Valuations
- Producing Property details
- Making sure that you are aware of all current legislation
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords
- Assisting with Property Management when

Candidate qualities:
 
- Polished and well presented
- Dedicated and dynamic
- A positive `can do` attitude
- A full and clean UK Drivers Licence.
- Experience in Residential Lettings is essential
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to exceed expectations through great customer service skills
- Honest and trustworthy  
 
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm and 1 Saturday a month 9am-4pm

- Booking and organising EPCs, gas checks, EIRCs
