Duties to include:
As a Client Director in Sales and Lettings you will be in charge of all areas of Sales and Lettings, from generating business, winning business, viewings, negotiating offers, administration, sales progression and much more.
The ideal candidate must have experience at valuation level and above and be an open minded soul who is career motivated, customer centric and passionate through and through about property.
The hours for this role will be 8:45am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. 9am – 1:30pm every other Saturday
Although these will be your contracted hours, you will have pretty much free reign on working when you need to work! The firm are very relaxed and aim to create a welcoming and proactive atmosphere for the successful candidate.
