Customer Service Role

Based in Bracknell our Estate Agency Client are looking for a Customer Manager who will support the Sales and Lettings managers by performance managing the applicant side of the business.

The key responsibilities for this position are;
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service to ensure we deliver on commitments to retain clients and engage positively with all customers to ensure they become referrers of future customers and clients
• Ensure all personal and branch activity and income targets are exceeded
• Assist the management with the structure and organisation of the office diary to ensure adequate time is given to key activities (e.g. applicant management, client feedback, canvassing etc.)
• Assist the manager to ensure branch staff adhere to the company business priorities and constantly deliver exceptional client standards

Duties will involve: To Monitor, manage and develop the applicant processes within the branch/department using the relevant section of the branch opportunity report and the relevant section of the branch activity report.

For this role the ideal candidate must have;
•Experience required in a customer service management role
•Excellent communication skills over the telephone and face to face to ensure the development of strong working relationships
•Be Enthusiastic and proactive with a strong work ethic
•Sales Ability, ideally in an Estate Agency environment
•Be able to take a lead role in branch activity and drive sales conversion

Assistant Branch Manager

Our client is looking for an individual with drive and ambition who can take on the role and make it their own whilst helping to take responsibility for the profitability of the office.

Our Clients are looking for highly organised and enthusiastic individuals who are specialised in the field of property management. Ideally candidates will be ARLA qualified with previous property management experience or estate agency experience.

As an Area Property Manager, you will need to; Maximise current and future income opportunities. Ensures that the team focus on referral and recommendation opportunities, monitor performance against targets and service levels. Drive, implement and continually re-enforce changes to processes and systems with an emphasis on efficiency and improvement and ensuring full, effective use by all staff. Investigate and resolve queries and problems, liaise with third party supplier to arrange works to be undertaken, develop and build strong relationships with clients, Liaise/negotiate between landlords and tenants

Utilise fully the company HR system ensuring it is kept updated, fully maintained and proactively improved.

You will be responsible for running the HR and Payroll Department that looks after 550 employees. You will line manage the HR and Payroll Team ( currently a team of 3) and be responsible for their development and progress.
