The ideal candidate must have a solid sales background which does not have to be in property as full training will be given. However, you must be able to demonstrate a consistent and high level of sales success. Company Awards or sales league tables would help. You must be well presented, articulate and extremely target driven.
You must be able to work effectively within a team. You will have great organisational skills and display high standards of service and presentation.
Finally you must be a car driver with a full driving licence.

Senior Lettings Negotiator required by my Client, an established local Estate Agent.

Experience in Lettings is essential for this role as you will responsible for the day to day operations in the absence of the Lettings Manager.

The role of the Senior Lettings Negotiator will involve assisting in the management of the existing portfolio of properties, carrying out viewings, valuations, inventories and inspections. Registering new landlords and prospective tenants.

The right candidate must have experience in a similar Lettings role, be able to multi-task and prioritize their workload, be well presented and have the ability to offer exceptional customer service. Industry recognised qualifications are also desirable.

Salary will be based on experience but my Client offers a basic salary, commission and car allowance. OTE £35-£40k

Main responsibilities/duties
