Sales Progressor

This fast growing and dynamic property firm in Tilehurst are looking for a Sales Progressor to join its thriving team.

The role involves working within a fast-paced sales environment and helping vendors with the legal and mortgage processes associated with their property purchase.

The Role

-Manage a large pipeline of property purchases
-Work closes with external solicitors and mortgage brokers
-Maintain regular client contact
-Be extremely organised when tracking and managing the sales progression pipeline
-Regularly report to company Directors
-Dealing with the progression of 150+ properties

The Candidate

-Previous sales progress experience or similar is highly preferred
-Knowledge of the legal process of purchasing a property
-An understanding of the mortgage application process
-Excellent organisational skills
-Confident and hard working

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong work ethic, is very well organised and preferably has a good understanding of the legal processes for purchasing property and applying for mortgages to join a market leading company, which is renowned for looking after its staff.

The working hours for this role will be 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday

Sales Negotiator

A great opportunity to join an innovative, professional and customer focused Independent Estate Agency firm in Tilehurst, Berkshire.

Our client are an expanding brand and are looking for a high calibre individual to join their team as a sales negotiator.

Working closely with the directors in a small friendly team, the key responsibilities of the role will include:

-Answering telephones
-Dealing with website enquiries
-Meeting and greeting in the office
-Sales Progression
-Phoning out and keep up to date the database
-Booking and attending viewings
-Vendor feedback
-Basic office administration

The ideal candidate for the role will come from a property based background and will ideally have a minimum of 6 Months experience at negotiator level, however our client will consider someone who is looking to get in to the property sector as long as you have a proven track record working in sales and customer service. You will be very customer focused with the ability to deal with people at all levels.

You will be professional and have a genuine interest in property with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

As a Lettings Manager, you will need to:
·Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
·Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch
·Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
·Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
·Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1’s, reviews and morning meetings
·Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan

The ideal candidate will:
·Have previous Lettings experience and customer service experience
·Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
·Be able to work effectively managing a team
·Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
·Display high standards of service and presentation
·Have good organisational skills
·Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
·Be a car owner with a full driving licence
