My client is a well known and highly successful independent Estate Agency doing residential sales and lettings. They are looking for a full time Receptionist to complement their existing team.

The Receptionist job role is to support the Sales and Lettings Teams in terms of meet and greet the public and put them at ease. Answer phone enquiries and various administrative duties. Agency experience is preferred but not required. At least 1 year of Admin experience is essential.

Their other criteria is to:
·Have outstanding Customer Service skills
·Be articulate and well-presented
·Be Positive and happy with a very fast paced environment
·Have good communication skills both written and verbal
·Have excellent time management and organisational skills

Hours are Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30
However, we would look at someone who would prefer to do a Saturday as one of the 5 working days a week.
Salary £17k-£20k dependant on experience.

Sales Administrator

£18000 - £25000 per annum

Our client seeks an experienced Administrator for their busy office in Newbury.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
§Preparing property details
§Processing exchange and completion paperwork
§Production of letters, memorandum of sale documents & window cards
§Processing AML checks and Property Information Questionnaires
§Ensuring that word processing/typing of documents is completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
§Weekly newspaper advertising
§Brochure ordering
§Stationery ordering

Applicants Skill set:
§You will possess excellent typing and telephone skills.
§You will be able to display great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to a high standard
§You will be methodical, with the ability to prioritise workload and possess the flexibility to accommodate other duties as they arise.
§You will need to be able to work under pressure, remaining focused and organised whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
§You will be an experienced user of Microsoft Packages (Word, Sage, Excel and PowerPoint)
§A positive, energetic, 'can do' approach is essential, as is someone who enjoys a busy and dynamic environment.

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm

Branch Manager

£25000 - £30000 per annum Commission and car allowance

Lettings manager

£22000 - £25000 per annum Commission

A very well established, Independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced and successful Residential Lettings Manager for their Bracknell Branch in Berkshire.

As Lettings Manager you will be focused on developing new business in the Bracknell area. You will be extremely talented in building relationships and winning new business.

You will have an excellent track record in Lettings and Team leadership.

Your role will include the following duties:

Working alongside the Managing Director in managing the translation of the business strategy into clear plans

Managing the department P&L and effectively achieving both income and cost Targets

Proactively researching the local market, competitors in the region and establishing ways to develop a competitive advantage through local networking

Ensuring that legal tenancy agreements are executed compliantly and in a way that maintains a high level of customer care

Carrying out regular coaching, feedback and one to one sessions with staff to support skills development

The successful Lettings Manager should have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop/motivate staff.
