Our Estate Agency Client are looking for a Customer Manager who will support the Sales and Lettings managers by performance managing the applicant side of the business.
The key responsibilities for this position are;
* Consistently provide exceptional customer service to ensure we deliver on commitments to retain clients and engage positively with all customers to ensure they become referrers of future customers and clients
* Ensure all personal and branch activity and income targets are exceeded
* Assist the management with the structure and organisation of the office diary to ensure adequate time is given to key activities (e.g. applicant management, client feedback, canvassing etc.)
* Assist the manager to ensure branch staff adhere to the company business priorities and constantly deliver exceptional client standards
Duties will involve: To Monitor, manage and develop the applicant processes within the branch/department using the relevant section of the branch opportunity report and the relevant section of the branch activity report.
For this role the ideal candidate must have;
·Estate Agency experience, sales or lettings
·Experience required in a customer service environment
·Excellent communication skills over the telephone and face to face to ensure the development of strong working relationships
·Be Enthusiastic and proactive with a strong work ethic
·Be able to take a lead role in branch activity and drive sales conversion

Our Client are looking for highly organised, enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn specialist information to become an expert in their department. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 8 months previous Lettings Progression experience.
Duties for this role include; Providing support to branches in handling transactions through from Sale Agreed to Exchange/Completion, manage a pipeline of deals in accordance with agreed service levels, ensure outgoing documentation is sent to all relevant parties in a timely manner, handle queries on ongoing transactions and ensure they are dealt with promptly and effectively, liaise with branch staff to ensure they are aware of the status of every sale you are managing on their behalf, build strong relationships with branch staff, solicitors, Financial Service Advisors and Surveyors, ensure vendors and buyers are fully aware of the range of services we offer and identify relevant opportunities for upselling, ensure the company complies with agreed procedure and all relevant legislation, develop and apply an understanding of legal requirements of the conveyancing process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. Also important is; excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with all parties quickly and effectively, have strong administration skills and attention to detail, be able to organise and prioritise work to ensure all daily activities and overall pipeline is handled effectively and within agreed service levels, have sales skills - able to explain the benefit of products and services, show a high level of spoken and written English, possess good IT skills - specifically Word and Excel.

The main focus of this role will be; To maximise the occupancy rate, develop initiatives with the client to attract and keep key tenants, work with the client on PR initiatives, work with local offices to ensure occupancy rate is kept to a maximum, to maximise branch profit, exceed the branch's budgeted income levels for lettings income.
The successful candidate must have; previous Lettings experience and customer service experience, be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement, be able to work effectively managing a team, have high standards of service and presentation, have good organisational skills, demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth, be a car owner with a full driving licence.
