Our client is a well-established estate agency who values customer service and always invests in its employees. Currently looking for an outstanding Property Manager to join their vastly successful team in Horsham.
Duties will include but not limited to:
·Team based approached to portfolio management
·Developing the skills and experience of others through leading by example and setting standards
·Providing first class support and guidance to our network of lettings branches
·Latest lettings legislation knowledge
·Updating all vital documents such as gas certificates and EICRs
·Dealing with tenants and landlords via phone, email and in person meetings
You must have:
·Relevant experience working in a busy lettings department and understand the workings of a demanding maintenance department
·Clear understanding of current property laws and legislation
·Have a get up and go attitude, be fast paced and effective as well as working with passion and enthusiasm.
·You will be able to work well under pressure and be able to deal with stressful situations accordingly.
·You will have to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face and be focused at all times.
·Getting stuck in and making things happen.
·You must be a genuine peoples person and have a true passion for helping people find their dream homes.
·You must have an impeccable telephone manner.
·Great work ethic with heaps of positive energy.
Basic Salary: £27,500
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 18.00
