The role involves managing and coordinating the lettings department to be as efficient as possible. You must be fully conversant with all aspects of lettings and ideally ARLA qualified with good man management skills as the role involves overseeing a team of 5 lettings negotiators / lettings coordinators.
You will be predominately office based but be able to cover check in /outs and inventories etc when required.
