Experienced Residential Branch Valuer

They are looking to recruit an established property valuer who can win instructions at a competitive fee level and at a realistic price. You will have overall responsibility for carrying out market appraisals, you will be passed leads from the team but must be prepared to self generate to increase the portfolio.
The company pride themselves on delivering first class customer service, and want someone with a similar philosophy. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years valuing background, Sales progression experience and must really enjoy being “out on the road” and having a high degree of autonomy. You must be self-motivated, driven and a high achiever.
In return the successful applicant will receive a generous basic salary and fantastic commission structure.
The company have advanced plans for the future and are looking for someone who can develop into part of the senior management team over time.
