Residential  Sales Valuer
About the company:
We are a highly regarded and progressive independent Sales and lettings agent based in the Nottingham area.
We are currently looking to expand our friendly and experienced sales team with an experienced residential sales valuer.
Knowledge of the local area and within a twenty-mile radius would be an advantage but not essential.
Full time position based on 35 hours per week with some flexibility on hours if required.
Hours  are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday working essential 9.00am to 2.00pm  ( with a lieu day in the week)
Must be a car owner with a full clean driving licence
 Mileage is paid per business  mile and business Insurance cover is essential.
Salary commensurate with experience
Bonus/ Commissions to be agreed
Duties and requirements
·To undertake all property valuations, follow up and convert to instructions
·Maximise all business opportunities with a pro active approach
·Assisting in Negotiations and agree property sales working alongside  an established Residential sales manager and negotiator
·Property marketing including the creation and upload of property particulars.
·Knowledge of Vebra Alto or similar would be an advantage.
·Providing excellent customer services to buyer and sellers
