EXPERIENCED PROPERTY SALES VALUER – Multi locations across Lincolnshire
Full time employed Valuer's / Lister's are required for this well known, reputable estate agents. In addition to the guaranteed basic salary their bonus scheme starts from a minimum of 10% of all net banked income increasing to 50% of the fee gained with no capped income

Due to increased business levels they now require exceptional Estate Agents who are comfortable working in a data-driven, high performing environment, selling via fact based, exceptional local knowledge and client needs. The successful candidate will be a person who constantly achieves and must have previous property valuing experience of at least 3 years and be able to demonstrate their previous success.
Salary & commission
The company is prepared to offer an attractive base salary and car allowance to ensure you have a head start in the role but the real go getters and high achievers will be more attracted to the rewards offered by this fantastic tiered commission structure based on banked income
10% on all net income from £0.00 - £99,999.99.
20% on all net income from £100,000.00 - £199,999.99.
30% on all net income from £200,000.00 - £299,999.99.
40% on all net income from £300,000.00 - £399,999.99.
50% on all net income from £400,000.00 +.
*Please note the banked income is based on net income banked and are subject to a 10% franchise fee
To reach these levels and become one of the best is not a part-time job, it's a career, it’s a commitment, but it’s also INCREDIBLY rewarding financially and career wise.
You will work your own region and manage your own diary. There will be a weekly Monday meeting at the Head Office, the rest of the week is business generation, marketing, sales and progression through to completion.
No two days will be the same and so we require the right candidate to be proactive, resourceful and self-motivated.
