Qualified commercial property valuer required for extremely sought after firm of property consultants with offices across the South West. They have an opening for a qualified commercial valuer but will also consider a graduate. Salary depending on experience but could be up to £50,000 with car allowance or company car and local office bonus.
Our client is a large independent firm with several offices across the South West. They deal with a highly diverse portfolio including Marianas and Theatres. They are well known for low staff turnover as they invest in their employees (including share options after an agreed time period).
This position could be based in Exeter, Plymouth or Bristol so candidates could potentially be situated anywhere in the South West.
They will consider candidates from newly qualified with a surveying degree, to many years PQE. Salary depending on level of experience but from £20,000 to £50,000 car or allowance and profit bonus.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
