A very rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within a forward thinking firm in Wiltshire. The objective of the Product Trainer is to develop and execute training plans, training materials and classroom or individual training sessions, and deliver product user instructions to estate agents and sales progression professionals. You will also be required to maximise user adoption rates and ensure product benefits are delivered against success criteria targets
Duties and Responsibilities:
ÂˇÂˇLead the onboarding of new estate agent users through an effective implementation training cycle including individual and classroom training. Âˇ
ÂˇDetermine individual and collective training needs by visiting estate agent branches, observing daily sales progression business processes and policies, conferring with management and monitoring user performance results. Âˇ
ÂˇProduce physical and digital training materials (e.g. videos and case studies) and improve learning effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques. Âˇ
ÂˇCollect feedback from users and report back on current and future user requirements to inform the product development roadmap. Âˇ
ÂˇReport on the impact of training and user performance. Âˇ
ÂˇAchieve sales training and implementation success criteria objectives.
ÂˇÂˇProven work experience as an estate agency software trainer or similar B2B training environment would be preferred but is not essential.
Âˇ Previous experience working as an Estate Agent is essential
ÂˇHands-on experience with web-based CRM systems and e-learning platforms. Âˇ
ÂˇKnowledge of educational and presentation software including Webinar and PowerPoint. Âˇ
ÂˇAdditional certification in training management is a plus.

The post holder will be able to:-
ÂˇÂˇDevelop and deliver effective training programmes to new product users and support the development of existing product users through individual and classroom instruction. Âˇ
ÂˇMotivate estate agents to recognise the benefits of products to become an indispensable part of their daily business processes and working routines. Âˇ
ÂˇCommunicate clearly with internal IT management and software designers and customer support teams. Âˇ
ÂˇAbility to quickly set up and use audio visual and presentation equipment. Âˇ
ÂˇEffectively use modern communication tools including smartphones and email, and selected social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook. Âˇ
ÂˇPromote the company brands internally and externally across the industry as an enthusiastic and credible product champion.
