Our client is a busy independent Estate Agency and are now looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to assist their busy Lettings Department. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, thriving role.
 
Some requirements our client are looking for:
 
·Experience preferred, but not essential
·Target driven
·High level of customer service levels
·Good telephone manner and communication skills
·Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
·Team player
·Full uk driving licence and own car
 
Key Responsibilities :
 
·Registering and qualifying potential tenants
·Canvassing to bring on new properties
·Conduct and generate viewings
·Negotiating between landlords and tenants to let properties
·Developing relationships between landlords a and tenants and giving advice on a continual basis
·Always delivering high standard of customer service
 
Basic Salary £14,000 - £16,000 depending on experience
Realistic OTE £24,000 - £26,000
