Job Location

Our client is looking for an experienced lettings team leader.
The role involves;
·Providing high quality, efficient and customer focused lettings services
·Communicating with landlords, prospective tenants and contractors
·Advising clients about the letting process
·Making sure all aspects of the lettings process meet legal requirements
·Preparing tenancy agreements
·Negotiating tenancy renewals
·Checking tenant references
·Setting up viewings and occasionally showing applicants around the property
·Handling enquiries and adding applicants to the system and matching them to properties
·Day to day branch management covering items such as stationery ordering, petty cash, office organisation, weekend rotas etc
·First point of contact for any complaints or issues escalated by team members
·Providing support to the Lettings Manager
 
 
Key skills;
·ARLA Level 3 qualification preferred
·ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
·the ability to self motivate and use initiative
·excellent administration and customer service skills
·Supervisory experience and the ability to work effectively in a small team
 
Lettings experience is preferred for this position. There will be some requirement to visit properties and attend other offices so a driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
