You will become an important addition to its already successful team in the Dorking branch, providing a personal and professional estate agency experience that inspires all who you work with.
·Day to day management of the sales team as well as deputising for the Branch Manager, running morning meetings and coaching sessions when needed.
·Successfully listing properties.
·Advise and support vendors to allow them to achieve the best sales price on their homes.
·Keep abreast of market trends and conditions.
·Keep up to date with local knowledge and develop a reputation for being an expert in your field.
·Work closely with team members, sharing information on new business and agree appropriate marketing strategies to match and attract potential purchasers.
The Ideal Candidate:
It is essential that you have a full UK driving licence, a minimum of six months’ experience of successfully listing properties with a quantifiable record of turning valuations into instructions. Drive and determination should be common place along with a genuine passion, enthusiasm and empathy.
·£24,000 basic salary with an additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months.
·OTE £45,000 which are uncapped
·£3,000 car allowance OR company car.
·5 day week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
·33 days paid holiday (plus one extra for your birthday)
