Our client is a market leading Independent Estate Agency based in Leeds. An opportunity has arisen for a Valuer/Lister to join their successful team.
 
My clients are an established company that pride themselves on delivering first class customer service and want someone with a similar value.
 
This well known brand are looking for an exceptional customer facing consultant to make a positive impact at their busy branch in West Leeds. Working full time Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday, with day off in the week.
Essentially the candidate will have minimum 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency Sales, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines to deliver exceptional customer service and can demonstrate the ability to influence and supervise others.
This agents are well established and respected and now operates in many locations. The position is also a platform for developing your career with a market leader.
You will be:
·Handling enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
·Understanding customer needs to generate new business
·Managing a buyer and seller database effectively
·Arranging viewings and Gaining key feedback to generate offers
·Negotiating new deals with buyer and seller
·Achieving monthly sales and referral targets
·Supervising the sales team and diary management
·Managing some sales progression cases
·Carrying out market valuations, when required
·Delivering excellent customer service
· 
You will be a great communicator, able to engage and influence customers by building relationships and exceeding their expectations on their journey
