Senior Sales Negotiator/ Progressor required for Award Winning property agent in the Yeovil area with highly competitive salary of up to £35,000 pa.
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Negotiator & Sales Progressor to focus on generating new business, able to provide accurate and honest market appraisals with the proven ability to convert leads into instructions, but also the ability to troubleshoot and relate to both vendors and purchasers in the ever-important Sales Progressor role (this is a KEY skill). The candidate must therefore have excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team. Would suit an experienced Senior Negotiator or perhaps even a current Manager who wishes to get back to a customer-facing role and the reason they entered a property career in the first place, or even a current Sales Progressor who wants the opportunity to carry-on that role but also broaden their “all-round” Negotiator experience.
·Experienced and proven ability to convert leads into instructions and progress sales pipelines to successful completions (preferably with 3 years+ in a similar estate agency role).
·Number one aim should be obtaining instructions/keeping sales together and client satisfaction, not chasing targets.
·Resilience, inter-personal skills, problem-solver, and above all the ability to be friendly and professional at the same time!
·Full driving licence and car owner essential.
