What an opportunity… We are currently recruiting for one of the area’s most prestigious agents located in Exeter with expected earnings in the region of £50-60,000pa.
They are seeking an experienced estate agent ideally with upper end experience and at least 5 years industry experience based in either the Exeter or Exmoor area as this will be covering the patch from Exeter to the Exmoor coast and surrounding dealing with residential properties, farms, country estates and more.
The ideal candidate:
·Five years estate agency sales and valuing experience
·Experience in the upper end of the market
·Polished and possibly some rural links
·Based in Exmoor or Exeter areas
·Able to work individually and have a proven track record in winning business
·Be able to work in an extremely busy environment
·Be driven, proactive and charismatic
This is an extremely rare opening, and they are seeking the best applicants in the industry but can offer a fantastic salary and career progression to the right person. Associate and partner opportunities depending on experience. Would also be ideal for someone relocating to the South West.
Associate on target earnings around £50-60,000 per annum to include basic salary and commission.
