Our client, a market leading, independent estate and letting agency in the South Devon area, with a great local reputation, are seeking a full-time office-based senior sales negotiator and are offering a competitive salary of up to 25,000 on target earnings.
The role will include all the duties of an office-based senior negotiator to include
qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable properties.
·Arranging sales and lettings viewings.
·Dealing with clients over the phone and face-to-face within the office, including responding to enquiries by telephone and email.
·Sourcing new business by generating valuations.
·Negotiating offers and full sales progression.
·Regular vendor updating and feedback on viewings.
We are seeking a confident and proactive negotiator with at least two years in the industry, great admin and IT skills, well presented and you will have a full driving license and your own car.
In return our client is offering a basic salary in the region of £17,500 - £22,000 per annum with On-Target earnings of £19,500 - £25,000 per annum. The commission is uncapped and generated via booking of sales and generating valuation appointments.
