Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious and proven property manager looking to work for an extremely well-established and highly regarded company.
Duties will include:
?Working within a team, managing a portfolio of properties.
?Organising & conducting management visits and flagging up repairs, reporting back to landlords and arranging any necessary remedial work.
?Organising safety inspections in line with legislation and flagging up remedial works, reporting back to landlords and arranging any necessary remedial work.
?Dealing promptly and courteously with all communication from landlords, tenants & contractors.
?Responding quickly to urgent maintenance issues, as well as any potential dangers associated with a property.
?Providing landlords with professional advice in relation to their properties.
?Processing end of tenancy check outs, liaising with utility companies, letting offices and client accounts departments to ensure appropriate charges are made while keeping records up-to-date.
?Liaising with accounts team regarding rent arrears and credit control.
To succeed in this role you will have:
?Previous property management experience
?Professional written and verbal communication
?Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
?Level 3 ARLA qualification or happy to work towards
?Full UK driving licence
?Good IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
