My client is a professional, independent award, family run, winning estate agent and property letting firm based in Ashford, Kent. They have been helping their clients move house in Ashford and surrounding villages for nearly 20 years and all of their staff are full members of the Guild of Property Professionals.
They are currently looking for a Senior Negotiator that would like to be trained to value.
You will become a fully trained Valuer within 6-12 months.
·Developing your listing skills to go alongside strong negotiating, rapport, sales, and customer service skills,
·be social media savvy happy to help with videos and content for our social media channels, mainly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
·Providing ideas for the promotion of your listings.
·You must also follow all relevant business processes, mainly the valuation and listing and sales, with a 'Now, Better, Best' mindset
·Going through our database to generate more valuation appointments.
·A focus on having excellent customer-facing skills
·Prospecting every week to generate more listings via networking and door knocking.
·Building lasting relationships with vendors and develop relationships with property developers and third parties to collaborate with to generate new business. .
·Progress this sale through to completion.  
·Working to listing and Sales targets and want not just to hit the minimum target but actively look to super exceed expectations.
·Monthly target will be Agreed with Sales Manager every month
Roles & Responsibilities:
·'For sale' board management
·Registering customers
·Booking customers in for viewings
·Listing a valuation and checking/completing details/Post valuation letter
·Collecting viewing feedback/Giving feedback
·Updating vendors/buyers
·Updating applicants
·Assisting the Head of Social Media (Property videos)
·Marketing Campaigns
·Events Networking
·Sale Valuations
·Negotiating sales fee's
·Negotiating offers
·Mortgage referrals
·Answering sales enquires
·Hot Buyers/ New Opportunities
Reviews and support you will receive -
·Support from management is key and the Sales Manager will sit down once a week to review your previous week's performance. Including the plan for the week ahead, discuss any training areas you might need more support with and how you're going to promote yourself and your listings.
·A monthly review of your previous month's performance will take place, it's a great chance to talk about how you can improve moving forward and to celebrate your success.
·This meeting will also discuss your marketing and prospecting ideas to generate new appointments.
·End of year reviews with the Sales Manager and Directors will be scheduled in December of each year.
·Basic salary £18-20,000 dependant on experience
·Realistic OTE £35,000
·Annual trip – dependent on hitting targets
·Monthly/Quarterly incentives

·Pool vehicle available for viewings and valuations
·8:25 am – 6:00 pm weekdays
·9:00 am – 3:00 pm Saturdays
·a day off in lieu will be given if you're working a Saturday.
·Remote working is available, although this has to be agreed with your Sales Manager.
