Our client is well known for its focus on customer service, attention to detail and staff retention. They now seek quality Client Director for Sales and Lettings to join their growing and welcoming team.

Our client do not believe in people being pigeon holed as purely sales or lettings. If they have a client that wants to sell one property and rent out another, then they can do so through their single point of contact client manager.

Duties to include:
As a Client Director in Sales and Lettings you will be in charge of all areas of Sales and Lettings, from generating business, winning business, viewings, negotiating offers, administration, sales progression and much more.
The ideal candidate must have experience at valuation level and above and be an open minded soul who is career motivated, customer centric and passionate through and through about property.
Please note that duties will vary hugely, so you must be ready and willing to lend a hand wherever is needed.
The hours for this role will be 8:45am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. 9am – 1:30pm every other Saturday
Although these will be your contracted hours, you will have pretty much free rein on working when you need to work! The firm are very relaxed and aim to create a welcoming and proactive atmosphere for the successful candidate.
Our client will reward for hard work! They can offer the successful candidate a basic salary of £24,000-£28,000 as a comfort blanket and then you would retain 40% of all revenue generated (minus the basic salary)
