A highly reputable Estate Agency Firm in Billericay are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager
 
A pivotal role in the office, duties will include:
 
 
· Booking Viewings
· Attending Viewings
· Assisting Branch Manager
· Generating Market Appraisals
· Attending Market Appraisals
· Dealing with all enquiries
· Registering applicants
· Negotiating Offers
· Viewing Feedback
· Vendor Care
· Marketing
· Some Administration
· Sales Progression
· FS and Conveyancing Referral Generation
 
The ideal Candidate will have:
 
· Minimum 2 years Estate Agency Experience   
· Valuing experience  
· A full UK driving license
· General administration skills
· Target driven attitude
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Polite and Well Spoken
· Strong Local Knowledge
· Knowledge of Financial Services, Conveyancing and Surveys
