This professional and reputable multi office estate agent is now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in their busy office in Worksop.
 
The successful candidate MUST have previous property negotiating experience, either as a senior or sales negotiator.
 
 
The candidate will be driven, professional, immaculate, polished in appearance, have great sales leadership skills and a hard work ethic.
 
Exceptional customer service is a must, along with a confident manner and a sales orientated character to motivate the team and drive the business forward.
 
You will be self-motivated with good organisational skills and be target driven. A strong professional work ethic is essential as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
The role involves the following principal responsibilities;
- Negotiation of residential and commercial properties.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets within small sales team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
- Build and promote customer relationships.
- Take responsibility for motivating junior staff.
- Implement and adhere to a strategic business plan to give a strong market presence and expand customer base.
 
 
 
Duties
·Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals and sales
·Conduct viewings and obtain new business as targeted
·Assisting to Increase the office market share, maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.
·Take a proactive and flexible approach to local marketing in order to promote the brand and maximise local presence.
·Generate leads and referrals for financial services & conveyancing.
·Achieve pre-agreed individual and office targets.
·Attend viewings where necessary.
·Provide practical solutions to vendors with regards to achieving a prompt sale.
·Progress transactions accurately and efficiently.
·Maintain office systems/software and working procedures.
·Efficient diary management.
·Activity reports as required.
·Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first-class level of customer service at all times.
·Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your Line Manager.
·From time to time perform duties outside of this job description reasonably requested of you.
Main Objectives:
·To achieve goals and targets pre agreed with your line manager, operating to the standards required by the company.
·Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with the public.
·Maximise opportunities for viewings, valuations, sales and financial services.
·Seek to increase office market share and generally promote ‘brand awareness’.
·Maintain the level of service and quality standards set out by the brand.
·Handle all enquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
 
 
A generous salary and OTE is being offered dependent on experience.
