A Sales Negotiator is required by a well-established multi branch independent Estate Agency for their office based in Richmond.
Drive and determination is essential for this role, as is excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability and motivation to sell. Some previous sales experience is an advantage but is not essential as full training is provided. A full, clean driving licence is also a requirement.
What will your day entail?
No one day is ever the same but here are some daily tasks you will be undertaking:
·Registration of applicants
·Call Outs and management of applicant database
·Booking Viewings and carrying out viewings.
·Inputting data to the CRM
·Feedback to clients and applicants

·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Time Management and Organisation
Salary: £15,000 – £16,000 basic (Depending on experience), plus a market leading 10% commission structure offering a £45,000 – £50,000 OTE Salary.
Company Car (unbranded) or a Car allowance £250 per month plus comprehensive on the job training is also on offer to the successful candidate.
