Senior Lettings Negotiator
Due to my clients recent success and expansion plans a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this young and dynamic organisation based in London's trendy East End, E1.
They are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator with a driven and career focussed attitude to their team and in return offering a competitive package with car allowance or travel expenses.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
·Hungry and target driven Senior Lettings Negotiator with experience
·Well presented and the ability to demonstrate a consistent track record
·Career and money motived
·Role includes: dealing face to face or telephone with landlords/applicants, arrange and conduct viewings, valuations and negotiation and lease preparation whilst giving high class customer service
Hours of work:
·9am - 7pm Mon - Sat with a day off during the week
Salary:
£15,000 - £20,000 doe
OTE up to £40,000
