Senior Manager / Lettings and Sales Negotiator.
Minimum 1 year experience in Lettings is a must for this role.
My clients are looking for a Lettings and Sales champion who has an amazing ability to build rapport and loves speaking to a variety of people on a daily basis.

This role sits within their Lettings/Sales Team – a fast-paced, busy, dynamic environment which has their customers at the heart of everything they do.
There’s a consistently high turnover of property, so they need someone who enjoys the pace, the variety and the unknown.
Thinking on your feet will be your bread and butter. They also work to a high bar with high standards and know their processes inside out but they do so in an approachable and friendly way.
The Team is responsible for letting/selling a range of properties and playing match maker between our properties and our new potential tenants/buyers.
Your organisation and target-driven sales mind is unrivalled. Your efficiency and hard-work ethic are natural. This position is full-time office based.
Being confident to work off your own initiative is essential. Providing constant and high-quality communication with landlords and tenants. You’ll need to be self-motivated & self-driven. But you’ll also have the team behind you supporting you every step of the way. Being a team player is a MUST.
Most of your communication will be via email and phone calls, therefore, you need to be able to impress over the phone.
Building rapport will be second nature for you, you’ll be one of the first points of contact– so you’ll be setting the bar for what the company hopes to be a long and prosperous relationship.
You’ll need to be confident in your ability to negotiate, with patience, and an ability to understand differing viewpoints. Communication is key.
