Senior Lettings Negotiator
 
Our client is an established multi office independent firm of Estate Agents with a high profile and offices throughout Hertfordshire.
As part of their growth plans, they are looking to recruit an experienced ARLA qualified Lettings Negotiator for their Berkhamsted office.
 
Responsibilities:
·Day to day running of lettings department
·To deliver exceptional customer service
·To increase business levels and exceed targets
·Listing and Letting properties
·Ensuring the Business is ARLA Compliant
·Staff training and development
Essential:
·ARLA Qualified
·Lettings or 2 years valuation experience looking to progress to management
·You must be enthusiastic & ambitious 
·Well-presented, communicative and articulate
·You must have the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve
·Outstanding interpersonal skills 
·A team player
