Our client are looking for an Experienced Lettings Coordinator to work in their busy town centre office. The role offers huge opportunities to broaden your existing skills with genuine career progression.
As part of their busy property team, the Senior Lettings Coordinator takes responsibility for:
·Preparing tenancy agreements, extensions and associated documentation
·Dealing with late payments
·Negotiating deposit release
·Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and company Accounts Department
·Supporting the lettings team to ensure clear effective communication throughout the department
·Working with Property Management to help develop processes for smooth efficient operations
To be considered for the position, the following are required:
·A proven track record in Residential Lettings
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Up to date knowledge of lettings legislation
·The ability to build relationships with landlords and tenants
·Be extremely organised, able to work independently and work well under pressure
·On-going training and support
·Career progression within a professional, award winning agency.
