Our client is a leading Multi-Disciplined Agency with offices across the UK and are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant to conduct assignments throughout the UK and to develop client relations and to promote the company’s services.

Duties and Responsibilities
·To generate new business and new client contacts;
·To plan, execute and take ownership of the key consultancy assignment components, including pre-fieldwork and planning, desk and field research, financial analysis, report writing, assignment completion, filing and archiving;
·To work efficiently to a high standard and with minimal supervision;
·To control client relations and client contact during the life of an assignment;
·To plan, request and manage the input of senior management as required by the assignment;
·To contribute to the development of the company’s consultancy operating procedures and practices;
·To develop relationships with existing clients, and with new and potential clients;
·To assist in the selling of consultancy work, and to sell consulting work directly.

·To contribute to the development of the company’s corporate image and perception as a whole by demonstrating quality, consistency and reliability;

Skills & Experience
·A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience as a Consultant or Analyst in the Real Estate sector;
·Degree-level education or equivalent;
·Computer literate, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
·Report writing skills.
