We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator / Business Support within a high end, prestigious property agent in Exeter with very competitive salary in the region of £25,000 per annum plus bonus, depending on experience. This is one role you won't want to miss.
The role is to provide an effective and efficient administrative support system to the whole of the office, with specific responsibility for documentation and best practice requirements for one partner and one associate. Must be able to work in a busy environment and work under pressure during busier periods.
Summary of Responsibilities
Client and Applicant management
·Front of House role in greeting clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional way, i.e helping with coats, offering refreshments etc.
·Handle incoming calls, sales enquiries and register new applicants
·Assist with client care
·Ensure all letters and documentation are completed correctly for each instruction/sale
·Ensure all files are legally compliant
·Diary management for the team
·Word processing & digital dictation
·Brochure preparation including arranging and overseeing photography, floor plans, EPC, etc.
·Creating window cards
·Sending post advertising
·Digital mailers and marketing
·Various other marketing tasks
·Assist with mailings, events and pitching material
·Strong administrative/organisational background.
·Experience within the property industry is preferred but not essential.
Technical skills required
·Strong IT skills essential
·Microsoft Office literate
·Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm

·Literate and numerate
·Co-operative and helpful attitude
·Organised and flexible, hands-on person
·High standard of English grammar and spelling, and presentation of work
·Clear speaking voice with confident telephone manner

In return our client is offering a salary of around £25,000 (depending on experience) with the opportunity of discretionary bonuses.
Hours of work would be Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm plus 1 in 8 Saturday 9am – 2pm.
