Sales Progressor/Administrator
We are delighted to offer an opportunity to join a forward thinking Sales Progression team specialising in-off market buy-to-let property.
You will play a crucial role in helping to progress sales through the process working closely with solicitors and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Providing sales support to the sales team
·Approving sales
·Providing an efficient and effective sales progression service to developers, whilst ensuring that property completions happen speedily
·Acting as a primary contact for developers and purchasers resolving queries along the way
·Providing a smooth handover from the sales team to after sales
·Maintaining pipeline progression working to income projections
Hours: Monday – Friday
9.30 – 6.00 (flexible)
