A fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected and successful independent firm in Caterham as a Senior Sales Progressor. From the time a sale is agreed the Sales progression team will professionally support our vendors, buyers, solicitors, financial advisors and other related parties to co-ordinate the successful completion of a sale.
As well as having your own vendors and clients to look after you will be overseeing and supporting other team members to facilitate and progress the agreed sales across all the company offices.
Personal objectives to include:
·Improving team communications to all relevant parties within the property chain.
·Provide additional support, advice, and guidance to your team.
·Minimise team fall throughs and work with the Sales Team to confirm the best plan of action to get a property back into the Sales Progressing Team.
·Identify training needs within the Sales Progressing Team and support accordingly.
·Identify & facilitate improving team efficiencies within the Sales Progressing Team.
·Keeping the Sales Manager up to date with the sales pipe, any required re-negotiations and accurate completion projections.
·Liaise with solicitors to identify ways to help speed up and improve communications.
·Identify a preferred team of contractors and surveyors to use when required to help find a solution.
·Delivering Personal & Team targets to include improving completion time frames and increasing google reviews.
This role is never the same from day to day and you need to have a good eye for the detail as well as being able to recognise the big picture for the team and our clients. A strong communicator and influencer are essential along with having an outstanding rapport and respect with your work colleagues, vendors and buyers.
If you feel you are up to the task of this challenging but very fulfilling role, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on the level of your relevant experience and an OTE of £35,000. The working week will be Monday to Friday.
