Our client is a successful, market leading independent estate agency who is looking to recruit an experienced Property Sales Progressor to work in their busy and vibrant Mansfield office.
Dealing with a large property portfolio it will be your job to ensure the smooth process through to exchange and completion of properties, which have been sold subject to contract through the office.
You will be required to liaise with a number of different people to assist with the process.  
Your main responsibilities will be
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, contractors, vendors and buyers
- Setting up relevant appointments in regard to surveys etc.
- Dealing with any queries or problems that may arise through the process
- Keeping all vendors and buyers up to date on progress
You must possess an excellent telephone manner, communication skills and have the ability to problem solve and think on your feet.  Good organisation skills are also required.  
Previous experience of the sales process and property industry is essential.
A generous salary, commissions package and on sire parking is being offered dependent on experience.
