This reputable and well known agent is looking for an experienced estate agency sales progressor/administrator to join their busy Stowmarket office.
 
The successful candidate will be professional, organised and processes driven, have great knowledge of the house sales process along with great customer facing skills.
 
This is a multi role, so excellent administration and software skills are required, ideally within a property environment, along with carrying out some viewings when needed, therefore a full driving licence is essential.
 
 
Daily duties will include dealing with buyers and vendors and advising them on the progress of their sale or purchase, liasing with solicitors and other agents, checking chains, attending viewings, meeting clients in properties, administration duties and seeing sales through to a successful completion.
 
This role needs a candidate that is familiar with the sales process and is confident in speaking to solicitors, buyers and vendors and willing to go the extra mile for the client.
 
A generous salary is being offered dependent on experience.
