Established in 1984, my client has been moving people and property across the world for over 35 year. They have collaborations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, India, USA and Australia but they base in the UK sees their offices across Canary Wharf, Docklands, East and South London, Kent and Essex.
The currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor based in their Bow office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the sales team and handling the sales transaction process.
My client is eager to find a Sales Progressor who will treat their vendors with kindness and respect. You must be able to put your foot down, get results and deal with stressful situations and must be able to get on with the job and duties and micromanaging.
Ideally you will have experience, patience and be able to problem solve, you will need to be self motivated, persuasive and be able to speak with solicitors. It is a very busy office, so you will need to have good organisational skills and excellent customer service skills.
Candidates must have clear and confident communication skills and understand the process of the legal transaction from the point of a sale being agreed to completion as this role entails liaising with all parties, including solicitors, financial advisor's, surveyors etc.
·Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (they are currently opening at 10am and it may stay like this till January)
·Basic salary - £20-25,000
