Our client has an opportunity for a part time Sales Progressor to work in their central Leeds office. They are a well-established independent firm with a loyal and dedicated team. This is a new position for this growing business.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
·Handling of a number of client files after sale or purchase has been agreed
·Keeping purchasers and vendors updated at all stages
·Liaising with Solicitors to progress sales and purchases
·Keeping all parties informed during the process
·Requesting information from third parties
·Managing of client expectations
·Updating information on the system
·Dealing with phone calls and emails
·Organising and agreeing move dates
To be successful in the role you will need previous experience as a Sales Progressor and be NAEA qualified. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential for the position.
