As part of our client's continued development and business growth, they are looking for successful Sales Negotiators to join their four teams selling luxury property in the Canary Wharf area. They are seeking driven, self-assured, and ambitious individuals with proven experience in residential sales in London or the Home Counties who can demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and deliver results.
 
 
The focus of this role is on achieving results. Initiative coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on the results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this role. The role requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities. Because the pace of work is faster than average, the ability to learn quickly and thoroughly while continually recognising and adapting to change is critical. Due to the higher value of property in London, and good selling fees, you can personally earn between £800 and £10,000 per sale by selling property valued between £500,000 and £2,500,000 – depending on your annual performance.
 
What you’ll be doing - your accountabilities

Some responsibilities but not limited:
 
Your role is all about relationships, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and buyers, assessing their requirements, providing advice and of course agreeing sales.
 
·Registering new buyer enquiries and converting them to viewings
·Conducting buyers and arranging property viewings
·Conducting property viewings and encouraging offers and entering negotiations
·Providing viewing feedback to vendor clients
·Selling of services to new and existing clients
 
 
Skills required:
 
A proven track record within residential sales or new homes, preferably within London or the Home Counties
 
·Minimum of 1 year of Sales Negotiator experience
·A sense of urgency to achieve goals
·Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·Confident and enthusiastic communication style
·Self-starting with the desire to succeed
·Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
·Negotiation skills
·Good IT literacy skills
 
Package and Benefits:
 
·My clients offers a solid basic salary of £20,000- £30,000 depending on experience
·Pool cars where required
·Realistic OTE £60,000-£90,000

Hours of work:
 
·Monday to Thursday 8.30-6
·Friday 8.30-5
·Every other Saturday 9-4 but you get a half day off in Lieu
